Text entered into an embedded search tool is sent to the outside provider operating that tool. The provider processes the query and supplies its result. We do not intentionally retain those search terms on our systems.
Messages and Contact Submissions
An email or direct message may be retained long enough to respond and maintain the related correspondence. It is not shared outside the organization unless needed to operate the service or comply with a valid legal duty.

Washington County Warrant Records does not host, compile, maintain, or sell a database of personal warrant records. It explains the court-centered local route through the Washington County Circuit Clerk, the issuing court, and Sheriff's Office. Illinois LEADS is restricted and is not offered here. We are not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and visitor data is not assembled into consumer reports about other people.
